 All truckers passing through California will be forced to convert equipment to C.A.R.B. specifications and it will cost a minimum of $15,000.00 per vehicle.

At U.C.L,A. one researcher decided to check the data provided as proof and justification of this  legislation.

 Dr. James Enstrom, a published expert did exhaustive research on Dr. Heins' findings and was both alarmed and motivated to search further.

He published these findings and announced they were without any proof and outside the holdings of standard Scientific proceedure!
 He provided his own data on heavy carbon particulates proving that infact these  heavy particulates fall to the ground and do not enter the atmosphere like refined fuels such as gas and gas additives like Ethanol. He also provided years of data proving that there was no known association between diesel particulates and lung cancer at all, on anyones research records, anywhere.
Further, upon investigation of the California State Regulators Phd. of choice, he found that Dr. Hein Tran had purchased his diploma on line for $1000.00 and infact was no scientist at all.
With months of confirmed data and his discovery that the lead Scientist was a fraud, Dr. Engstrom went to U.C.L.A and submitted to the Board.
Doctors, Mary Nichols and J.Froin received his statements and research data.
To his surprise, Dr. Engstrom was immediately dismissed from service at U.C.L.A. after 34 years there. Investigations have discovered that both Dr. Mary Nichols and Dr. J. Froin are also on the regent board of scientists for the implementation of C.A.R.E.and on their payroll as well.This case will get National attention even if the Obama administration and operatives of C.A.R.E try to have our complicit Liberal media bury it.
Science is a term Americans have long associated with trust and honesty. We can no longer extend that trust to the Scientific community or our government.
