Their expert Dr. Hein Tran, author of the data, used to formulate this CARP (NOT CARB) LEGISLATION, purchased his Phd. diploma on line for $1000.00 dollars and in fact is no scientist or Phd. at all.
In fact, a large group of accredited and reputable California Scientists with real Phd's earned at real Universities, unaffiliated with a specific "Liberal" political party and frankly unaffiliated with politics at all, deposed this fraud as less than bad science, with no grounds whatsoever in scientific fact!
