ARIZONA AND ITS CITIES FILLED WITH DOUBLE DIPPING CRIMINALS.

Arizona and the N.E.A(National Teachers Association/Union) have an example of what is collapsing our Economy across America, for all to see!
School Superintendent Carlos Bejarano is retiring from a district currently closing 3 or more schools and laying off 75 teachers. Existing teachers will be forced to take furloughs unpaid because of reduced state funding.
Carlos Bejarano will retire on June 30th and report back to work the following business day.

In his Pension Agreement he will retain his $130,000.00 dollar salary as retirement plus $8400.00 in a car allowance+ an $8000.00 tax deferred Annuity+ a $ 3000.00 community affairs and activist allowance(political interest of the Union paid by taxpayers). He will also receive $ 11,238.00 for Health Insurance for his entire Family. That puts him at $160,638.00 salary in a district that is broke! for his retirement pension. When he reports back to work, he will receive an additional 104,650 paycheck on top of his retirement or $ 265,288.00 per year to preside over a failing school district.

This year his district budget is approximately $ 5.7 million and is sceduled for drastic reductions, while Administrators are increasing his executive pay to $ 265,288.00 for his Bureaucratic presence! This is the brass ring, the golden parachute, the objective of the bureacrats club that presides over Arizona state, county and cities public sevice community.
  A club of individuals after the money, self serving,double dipping and like in so many other states, running the economy into the ground. The training grounds for ambitious politicians and the prep school for the United States congress and Senate.

This is really what so called public servants are in the game for, here in Arizona!
Recently, the police chief of Phoenix was forced to step down as it was discovered he purposely falsified documents and committed fraud on kidnapping and violent crimes in Arizona(Phoenix) in order to increase the city's federal financial assistance. Upon his untimely and unplanned 2nd.retirement, he was exposed as another double dipper, collecting in excess of $185,000.00 in retirement pension benefits and another overlaying salary.

Taxpayers of Arizona must demand an audit of all appointed city, county and state officials from top to bottom to establish just what the staggering amount of double dipping abuse really is.

Until we the people establish the actual list of names and numbers, our economy will continue to fail.!Until we the people discover the outrageous and crushing amount of illegal double dipping going on, these criminals should not get another dime!According to the Arizona Republic, Pension Costs are dramatically on the rise and will cost Arizonans $ 1.39 BILLION this year!
EDUCATIONAL SERVICES INC. is a private corporation created specifically to help state employees circumvent the state law. This corporation hires and leases back Administrators and Bureaucrats to government agencies and was designed by the Administrators and Bureaucrats they employ.

Carlos Bejarano will go to work for them and they will charge an additional $ 6700.00 fee to the school district to send him back to the same School district to work and evade state laws passed to prevent just such abuse!
The Pension system funded by OUR TAX CONTRBUTIONS is the ASRS(ARIZONA STATE RETIREMENT SERVICE)

When Bejarano retires and comes back through a 3rd. party, he will not pay into the system and he will pick up and additional $13,650.00 dollars per year on top of his whopping new accumulative retirement and double dipping salary of  265,288.00, equaling a grand total of $ 278,938.00 per year as a school district Bureaucrat, presiding over a bankrupt system and district. Just another $23,000.00 per month for another Civil Servant doing his part to collapse the system.



How many are they??? How many criminals are strutting around offices today, right now, doing nothing or worse yet, doing everything they can to prolong the abuse and collapse the Free Enterprise System through continually increasing legislation and limitations on our constitutional rights as Business men and owners trying to keep from going broke????
Meanwhile, Arizonas schools rank in the tank on education and student proficiency.

 Political correctness, Administrative Greed,  Double Dipping , revisionist falsefied History, NEA Union objectives, Environmentalist propaganda and lies, increased student population of Illegals........where do the legitimate American students fit in?

They dont, there is just not enough room for them and Administrative,Union greed is first priority.
Top heavy Administrative costs along with a corrupt Pension System will Bankrupt Arizona.
