Venerable Chuk Yoo Schumar

Is there anyone more loathesome than this man?....well, actually there are plenty of candidates up for  "Most Loathessome" in Washington D.C.
Schumar is easy to dislike, peering over his glasses and scowling at anything that he doesn't like as if  engulfed in a legislative fart, drifted his way.
When I drew this caricature, my pen inflicted his expression, I just held on and watched it develop.
I have prepared a Collection of Caricatures I call the "Congressional Pigpen" and Chuck Schumar is a founding charter member.
In a real world,  public servants should be thanking the American people for the job and opportunity to serve.... but not now, not with guys like Chuck Schumar. His efforts to continue porkbarrel spending(earmarks) and further open the flood gates of Federal Spending are tantamount to treason in this economic crisis. You wont find him thanking anyone for the opportunity, infact he is still waiting for our thanks to him, written in cash for generations to come.
